Atelier house
Pottery is not just a hobby or form of education, but is also recognised as therapeutic form of fingertip training that stimulates the brain. No budding potter can live without a potter's wheel, but setting one up in your home will require remodelling and expansion. In barrier free environments such as nursing homes, it is also inevitable that dust and clay residue will settle on the floor and in corridors. As a solution to these problems, Antec has developed Atelier house, an environment specifically designed for the pottery enthusiast. Supported by steel beams, the frame of the house is made from timber, giving the feel of a log house. We are certain that your creative impulses will be set free in this natural log setting. The house comes replete with a potter's wheel, as well as an originally designed potter's wheel stand, warerack and table as standard accessories. At a size of less than 10m2, Atelier house can be built practically anywhere. Our design is in accordance with Japanese building codes, and can also be attached to existing structures.

Automatic firing equipment
SOK032 is an automatic firing device for electric kilns. Many people purchase electric kilns for pottery in the belief that it is an easy and safe choice of firing kilns. Reality, however, shows that most users are confronted with using industrial kilns that have difficult operating procedures. Antec is the only company in the world to conduct the original development of LCD touch panels for pottery kilns. All you need to do is follow the Japanese instructions on the monitor and touch the screen to operate the kiln. From the screen it is possible to display firing programs and firing data in graph form, choose the most appropriate firing control set according to the electric kiln's capabilities, and display firing time delays in advance. You can also display firing cycle start times, current temperature increases, and remaining firing cycle time. The equipment comes with 10 basic programs as a standard feature, and allows for the programming of 10 original programs (up to 100 steps each).

Flame sensor system: Automatic fuel suspension device
The AN-511 incorporates an automatic fuel suspension device activated by a flame sensor system that detects unexpected burn outs, automatically stopping the provision of gas, oil and other fuels. Located in the centre of the front panel of the device is the highly sensitive sensor, that is able to detect a lighter flame from up to five metres away. The sensor is designed only to detect flames, so there is no accidental operation under fluorescent lights or sunlight. When used as a safety device for ceramic art, you are only required to attach an electromagnetic valve to your current fuel piping. There is no need to change the current burner you are using. The device is easy to use; with just the press of a button located next to the sensor, fuel will be supplied at set times, so all you need to do is place the device where the sensor can detect the flames.
Since this device is based on "flame detection", it is also possible to send the flame detection signal to an external device. For example, it can be utilized in a wide variety of situations, such as acting as some form of fire alarm, or smoke detection device that detects lighter flames in non-smoking areas, activating a voice synthesis device that reminds the offender they are in a non-smoking area
