"Sanzen", "Kurashiki komachi" and "Oukan" sake producer Kikuchi shuzo is located on the corner of the once prosperous historical Bicchu Tamashima Port, which played host to junk ships from around Asia.
We derived our brandname "Sanzen" (brilliance) from the desire that our sake would stand out in magnificence and shine above the many other sakes available on the market. We observe traditional brewing techniques whilst maintaining our motto of sustained quality from generation to generation.
For the past 8 years we have also raised our sake on classical music.

OUTLINE OF OUR SAKE
We're a local sake manufacturer that produces and sells "Sanzen" and "Oukan" sake. We also stock "Sanzen", "Kurashiki Komachi" and "Oukan" brand name sakes. Available in a wide variety, including Daiginjo, Ginjo, Junmai-ginjo, Hon-jozo, Namazake sake, and general varieties.
