Our 'aonori' or 'seaweed flakes', grown under the warm rays of Okayama Prefecture's clear blue skies, are blessed with a flavour we hope you will enjoy. We also produce aonori in Tokushima, Kochi, and Ehime. Seaweed is a flowerless plant, reproducing through spores. On land, similar types of plants include ferns and mushrooms.
