OUTLINE
Slope protection
Infrastructural constructions often create cut and/or embankment slopes. Natural disasters often cause slope failures. To prevent the slopes from erosion, we reinforce the slopes applying our vegetation mats/sheets on the surface or conducting our greening methods using shotcrete grid beam system and/or mortar spraying shotcrete system. We continue to develop environment-friendly products and methods to harmonize with surrounding landscapes.
Riverbank greening
Using our knowledge and experience obtained through the slope protection processes, we develop new greening technologies suitable for riverbanks to preserve rivers safely considering the aspects of flood control, landscapes, and ecological restoration.
Park and Parking lot greening
In addition to the slope and riverbank protection, we work on greening parks and parking lots in the urban areas. Increasing the ratio of green area with grasses could reduce heat island effects.
Sports business
We operate three sports facilities in Okayama pref.
1) a golf course, Hokubo country club
2) a tennis-futsal complex , Nisshoku Dome
3) a futsal field, Nisshoku futsal Okayama
In addition to the sports facility operation, we run futsal and tennis schools for the promotion of sports activities in the local areas.
Research and development
We have a 10 ha test field to develop new products and methods. In the test field, there is an exhibition area to grow more than 300 plants used for the slope protection. In addition of conducting experiments, we use the test field to educate our employees and to train our researchers.
Online sales
We have the Nisshoku Rakuten Ichiba shop, an e-commerce website in the internet shopping mall Rakuten Ichiba. Gardening tools, greening supplies, supplements are available on the store. We will extend our product lineup to enrich your life.
