OUTLINE

Apart from producing flours for bread making, we also produce noodle mixes as a part of the manufacturing group-"Men (Noodle) Family" -including Tenobe somen-noodles famous in Shoudoshima and Tenobe Udon. Tenobe seasonal noodles only need to be boiled for 5 minutes and are great for busy people who haven't got time to fuss around. (Seasonal noodles for all seasons.)
