We produce and sell a delicious been curd labelled Wainanzuke. Our company is always thinking of ways to develop agricultural products.
In order to alleviate the crippling food shortages experienced by Japan in the early post-war period, our company began to develop a root nodule fungus in 1945, contributing to a larger soya bean crop. After this achievement, to alleviate vegetable deficiencies, we also developed a special variety of vegetable juice by processing Portuguese Kale cabbages and utilizing drying techniques and powder processing. Furthermore we develop and produce a range of products utilising various vegetables and microbes, from our specially licensed fermented vegetable Ramen noodles to pasta and malt.
Though the variety of our products is limited, our efficient staff have produced a new product called 'Wainanzuke', utilising a number of unique technologies developed by Nittoh Koso Inc. Wainanzuke is produced from soya beans and microbes, with enzymes forming the congelating agent.
