Outline of our Sake
We are a Brewery that has returned to the fundamentals of Sake production. At Ochi Brewery Inc., we believe the quality of our Sake takes priority over everything else. We brew our Sake using water from Hokubo, an area renowned for its fire flies. Indeed, fire flies can survive only near the purist water. We can deliver our locally produced Sake to you.
Come and visit us!
Every year we conduct a festival which ushers in the release of our latest Sake. By making a booking, you can take part in this celebration. Interested persons can also participate in a number of festivals held in Hokubo. The festivals include a Winter Fish Festival, a Summer Fire fly Festival, and an Autumn Cosmos Festival. Everbody is welcome!
Note: Though some companies may be able to take enquiries and orders in a foreign language, some companies may find it difficult to respond to enquiries not made in Japanese. Furthermore, as there are government regulations restricting the export of Sake, orders made by an individual for small amounts cannot be filled.
