We have many different Sake varieties, please look for a Sake to suit your palate. We are a small local brewer situated in Kurashiki. Please enjoy our Sake, you won't be disappointed.
The brand name of our Sake, Fushimizakari, comes from our old store name 'Fushimiya'. The water we utilise to brew our Sake is taken from a local well sourced to the Takahashi River. Our chief distiller uses Yamada, Akebono and Omachi strain rice to brew our Bichu(western Okayama) style Sake. Though we are a very small brewery, we produce Daiginjo(high grade), Ginjo(upper-middle grade), Honjozo(upper-middle grade, Junmaiginjo(upper-middle range Sake made from Jumai rice), josenshu(normal grade), Cho-karakuchi(dry) and Nigori-sake(milky Sake). We are one of Kurashiki city's smallest Sake manufacturers, endeavouring to produce a top class Sake. We can deliver our product to any part of Japan.

Our products main
We brew many different varieties of Sake, all of which we take great pride in producing by hand. Our brewery was constructed in 1870, the third year of the reign of the Emperor Meiji. Originally focusing our efforts on the brewing of normal grade Sake, from 1909 onwards we began to produce high grade Sake. We have displayed a number of our Sake varieties in contests, and endeavour to produce a delectable Sake.
Note: Though some companies may be able to take enquiries and orders in a foreign language, some companies may find it difficult to respond to enquiries not made in Japanese. Furthermore, as there are government regulations restricting the export of Sake, orders made by an individual for small amounts cannot be filled.
