It has been 30 years since the pride of our confectionery, the familiar Seto Ohashi manjuu was first made. It was first developed when the idea of constructing a bridge between honshu and shikoku were still on the drawing boards, and was our way of promoting the proposal of a Kojima-Sakaide route. Using only the finest ingredients, our confectionery that melts in the mouth is still extremely popular, winning a variety of awards at National confectionery expos. Our home made kibi no kushi dango is a 3 coloured dango that uses only the best red beans from Hokkaido. The simple taste of our ingedients have met with high favour and been recipients of various tea ceremony awards. We're particular about using only the best ingredients to create our natural taste. It has also been our policy since establishment to use no additives that may be harmful to the body, such as preservatives and colourings. We produce mainly Japanese confectionery that adopts the traditional taste of local Okayama. Our main confectionery is the Seto Ohashi manjuu, and was developed and first sold over 30 years ago. For this reason it is our company that acquired the trademark name "Seto Ohashi". Our sales outlets are located in Okayama-Kurashiki Building, Okayama-Banmachi.
