We were established in February 1983 with 1,000,000 yen capital as a joint enterprise of the Okayama branch of the electronic calculator division of Maruzen Co.,Ltd. With proven results in the development of systems for the manufacturing and transport industries and in utilizing know-how accumulated over many years we are now propelling the nation forward in terms of production control systems. Along with an organizational change in October 1993, capital was increased to 10,000,000 yen. In August 1995, contributing to Maruzen stock in the Tokyo Stock exchange, a joint business contract was made and capital increased to 20,000,000 yen.

In February 2001, at the "Manufacturing industry success stories/ Development and Introduction Contest" sponsored by the LANSA Consortium we received a National excellence award.
