Mini-Clamp (Workpiece clamp for Machining Centers)
Machining Centers (MC) can process just about any size, shape or quantity of products, but without the work being properly fastened, processing becomes impossible. Our Mini-Clamps are the perfect answer for those who wish to perform a number of small jobs at once, or those looking for a vice for large-scale work.
As shown in the photo below, the two sides are joined by a spring, with an elliptical female taper screw in the centre. By inserting a male taper screw, the clamp expands to a width of 2.5mm and is capable of carrying weights of up to 3000kg. With a maximum dimension of 30x32x50mm the clamp is ideal for use in the design of small tools. We also offer a range of handy accessories so it can be used as a jig or large scale vice.

System Tool is primarily involved in machining processing and the manufacture (OEM) of blades for hydraulic cutting and boring machines. The Mini-Clamp was devised from our experience in these fields. Manufactuing blades is still our main business, but we are currently redirecting our focus to increase our range of clamps and accessories.
