Our company was established as an electric shop in 1956. In 1958, it started the Yoshii electric appliance trading company. The business mainly composed of consumer electronic sales. A mechanism that enables customers to manage by telephone number was made at the start of 1980. And in 1982, the company has developed its own Japanese word processor software, Shoki. The following year, there was request for development of a pharmacy's preparation support system, and it became an opportunity for the company to work on system development in full scale.

Though systems have been developed in parallel with the consumer electronic sales business, the achievement of the consumer electronic sales department intensifies the company's competitiveness in the consumer electronic industry. The consumer electronic section was separated in 1998, and the nature of the business was changed to system development. Also in the same year, the name of the company was changed to System Yoshii Ltd.

Specialized medical treatment professionals (pharmacists, nurses, diagnosis and treatment information control technicians, etc.) and SE programmers were united into one organized team and have been developing a medical supplies related database. Our data is then integrated into several medical treatment related systems used by many medical institutions. Furthermore, it is also widely used in various kinds of systems in the company.

Hereafter, in order for us to answer the user needs, we strongly desire for new challenges, making improvements for easier-to-use systems, aiming for a highly utilized database, and working on making it useful in achieving an efficient and safe medical treatments.

We also deal with dosage instruction support system, pharmacy activity support system, health diagnosis system of a major hospital within Okayama City, and system that supports clinical trial tasks for medical supplies development. Aside from that we are entrusted with the development of major manufacturers` applications. Furthermore, our company is advancing rapidly in collaboration with government, industry and academia.
