In the field of metal processing, we handle machine and can processing. In particular, with regard to machining we have a system capable of processing various industrial precision components. From the supply of vehicle parts, ordered parts, presses and dies and their related parts, semiconductor liquid crystal related parts, parts for medical, cosmic and nuclear uses and materials right through to canning and machining, we have a consistent system of production extending to final assembly.
In the field of machining we possess various items of equipment including 4 five sided processors, a turning center, NC boring machine and surface grinding machines. In particular, we excel at the compounding of large-sized products and deliver high precision goods, thanks to our dedicated staff who can handle mass production and trial manufacture in short times even for 3D formations. We achieve a low cost service by developing processing methods to match work requirements.
