Recently the rate of use of man-made forrest derived timber in Japan has meant that the perodical thinning of forrests has become necessary. In such forrest thinning ventures the felling of bent trees is not carried out, leaving them as they are. In order to prevent the cutting of virgin forrests, we make use of these 'bent trees', using the best techniques to produce high quality chip-board at our environmentally friendly factory. The use of such timbers as opposed to the felling of virgin forrests contributes to the prevention of global warming whilst production of the timber products themselves uses far less energy and produces far less carbon dioxide than the production of other materials such as steel. We believe therefore that our actions are helping to contribute to the preservation of the environment for the 21st century.

OUTLINE
Under the direction of Government Authorities, the Shintin Kumiai Rengokai and the Chiikinai Shinrin Kumiai groups developed equipment to process timber boards derived from perodic forrest thinning. This equipment and process in general has helped towards the improvement of the environment as well as helping the timber industry.
