'Kimchi' (spicy pickles) is a well known traditional Korean delicacy. Recently, Kimchi has become a very popular food, especially amongst young Japanese women, due to its effective dietary qualities. Many families also consume Kimchi on a regular basis as part of their evening meal. Though Kimchi is viewed as being a simple side-dish of Yakiniku, it is really the epitome of Korean cuisine, with family recipes being passed from mother to daughter over many generations. I produce the Kimchi used in our restaurant, with the chilli I use imported from a small town near the city of Pusan, South Korea. As our Kimchi recipe is a family secret, I am of course unable to make it public, but prospective buyers can purchase our Kimchi over the internet.

Since the opening of our restaurant, we have always used only the very best ingredients. And from these ingredeints, we produce delicous sauces and dishes like Reimen, Chijimi, Chimuru, Bibimbap and a variety of other Korean delicacies. We can send our Kimchi, produced to a special recipe, to your home by courier.
