Using urethane molding techniques, our company can mass produce high quality, soft, sturdy eco-friendly chairs using recycled polyurethane foam.
<High resilient polyurethane foam division>
We develop and manufacture interior cushions using polyurethane chip foam, as well as the original development of ergonomically designed low-temperature dependent high resilient polyurethane foam sleep products (pillows, mattresses, back cushions etc.).
<Foam beads division>
We manufacture a variety of polystyrene beads for use in cushions, including our own range of micro-beads cushions.

Special equipment
Polyurethane mold equipment
Materials are evenly mixed in a high pressure injection molding machine, creating a foam consisting of two different materials. Molding allows us to create a three dimensional shape with low-temperature dependent properties.
Chip molding
Using a polyurethane binder and a steam press, we can cast a mold in just two minutes. We are in the process of automating our production process: Chip measurement - Mixing - Binding.
With our three grinding machines, we can alter the size of the chip particles.
