MESSAGE

Brewing Japanese sake with bicchu rice and water from the Takahashi river. Aiming to produce a sake perfect for meals.
We are a sake cellar located in the village of Kiyone, found in the southwest region of Okayama prefecture. We are a small cellar established in 1907 as "Furoku Masamune", and currently trade under the name "Yoikigen", focusing our sales in the local area. Kiyone, the village where our cellar is located, is a land encompassed by the flowing Takahashi river, akebono rice and asahi rice crops, as well as rich natural surroundings that produce a variety of bitchuu rice. In this blessed environment we produce a sake that we hope might be perfect for meals.

■Distributor recruitment
Although we are a small operation, each of our sakes is brewed to perfection. We are looking for companies large and small interested in distributing our sake both in Japan and abroad. We look forward to becoming partners with your business.

OUTLINE

When brewing our sake, our first aim is "taste", followed by "aroma", resulting in a sake that makes cooking more delicious.
Our sake has a rich taste that is not too sweet, and not too bitter.

Note: Though some companies may be able to take enquiries and orders in a foreign language, some companies may find it difficult to respond to enquiries not made in Japanese. Furthermore, as there are government regulations restricting the export of Sake, orders made by an individual for small amounts cannot be filled.
