We are continuing to make delicious, unique foods. Unique, delicious food products.
Our company motto is to "Aim towards making unique, delicious produce".
Since establishment we have been producing "Akagome no miso" and "Bizen yaki Shikomi, Natural Miso" both of which have been introduced in newspapers and on television. Our "Akagome no miso and Amazake" in particular gained substantial public interest after appearing on the "Zenkoku Umai Mono Meikan" television programme.
It is our intention to continue producing delicious foods of unique flavours well into the future. Our products are also available by mail order so contact us today!
If you have strong preferences we can create products especially for you. We only use organic rice and beans, natural salts, and take the greatest care in our production techniques.
