OUTLINE
With the philosophy of "creating a diverse food culture" as our theme we manufacture and retail a complete range of food products including tsukudani (seafood boiled in sweetened soy sauce), boiled beans, side dishes, dried squid, snacks, instant foods and technical gas cooking food products. We also distribute our products overseas.
Special technology
Technical Gas Cooking Food Products utilize a special packaging method that involves placing non-bacterial treated/flavoured foods together with the juices from cooking in a pouch, then extracting the air from within the pack and replacing it with a new non-activated gas afterwhich the pouch is sealed. This system is highly effecient as the cooking and bacterial treatments can be carried out in one step, keeping the foods' colour, shape and flavour relatively unchanged and meaning that only a small amount of energy is required to destroy bacteria. Without the use of preservatives these products can be stored at room temperature (before opening) making it a radically new cooking method.
