Our company is located in Niimi, a valley town in the mountains in the north of Okayama Prefecture which thrived as a large manor of Toji Temple in Kyoto in the 13th Century. We have come this far by handing down the technique of making fine soy sauce, taking the full use of the local climate, and always keeping the fundamentals fresh in our mind. Thus, we are dedicated to producing soy sauce and offering great products of different seasons and localities.
