OUTLINE

Our company is a member of the Japan Forging Industry Association and the Kinki Region Forging Manufacturers Association, and as a hot hammer manufacturer we carry out the production of a variety of important car maintenance parts.
Through our production of counter-gears, casing hubs, knuckles and various long length parts, we have over the years developed our own technology which in turn has earned us an solid reputation amongst car manufacturers for producing quality products.
In January, 2000, the Okayama prefectural governor bestowed upon our staff the title of "Okayama Meister in forging field", an award given to those who are in posession of excellent technical skill or craftsmanship. We hold this award with great pride to our craftsmanship and skills, as proof that we have contributed to the foundation of manufacture.

Special Technology
The difference between us and other companies in the industry is in the fact that we install the air hammer prior to the drop hammer and line processes. We shape the basic material as close as possible to the final configuration in order to obtain the best material yield rate. All our products having a yield rate of about 84%, which is a standard we aim to maintain. We are also constantly seeking to improve our production rate through the implementation of labour saving systems. Due to tie-ups with various computer manufacturers it has been possible to quickly and efficiently carry out the computerisation of our drop hammers. We have now introduced three machines, and although hammer forging is said to be extremely difficult, we have introduced a forging standardisation playback system to make the process easier.
