MESSAGE

We brew our Sake on the chilly Kibi Plain, an area blessed by nature. We are searching for stores willing to stock our product.
Koide Shuzo is located in the middle of Okayama Prefecture, on the Kibi Plain. Our Brewery is situated in the foothills of Mount Takajin, some 505 metres up the mountain. Our Sake is produced in these naturally beautiful surroundings, the colder temperatures ensure a wonderfully pure Sake.

From the white, snow covered peaks of Mount Takajin, we obtain the purest water to brew our Sake. As we utilise this snow, our Sake is aptly named 'Takayuki', or 'snow from the higest peak'.

Furthermore, as there are government regulations restricting the export of Sake, orders made by an individual for small amounts cannot be filled.
