Our Brewery is located near Imbe in Bizen City, an area famous for its Bizen pottery, and Wake Shizutani High School, a building made famous by its striking roof. Up to now, we have produced and sold Japanese Sake based on traditional techniques. Our distillers utilise Bizen pottery in the brewing process, which emits infra-red rays. Through these rays, the quality of the water used in our Sake is vastly improved. As we hope to make our delicious Sake varieties even more delectable, we bottle our Sake in Bizen pottery. We sell our Sake directly from the Brewery to you, varieties on sale include Junmai-shu, Ginjo-shu, Gen-shu, and Nigori-shu. We sincerely believe that Japanese Sake, when consumed in Bizen pottery bottles, tastes sensational. Whether served at home or in a restaurant, we hope you enjoy our Sake. And after drinking the Sake, the bottle can be used as a very quaint vase.

Note:Though some companies may be able to take enquiries and orders in a foreign language, some companies may find it difficult to respond to enquiries not made in Japanese. Furthermore, as there are government regulations restricting the export of Sake, orders made by an individual for small amounts cannot be filled.
VISIT OUR BREWERY
Located on the banks of the Kongo River, our Brewery has made high class Sake for over one hundred years. The large beams used in the building of this Edo period Brewery are a sight to behold. Implements used in the brewing of Sake from this period are also on show. Also, do not forget to view our wonderful Ukiyo-e prints on display. Visitors can also sample our wonderful Sake varieties at our in Brewery store. Apart from the Brewery, the area is also host to Bizen pottery stores, and a wonderful flower festival.
