From trial to mass production, an integrated die producer that assembly gilds, cuts and manufactures. We conduct trial manufacture, press cutting, die production, and assembly gilt plating.
Kousai conducts comprehensive metal processing with sheet metal mass production facilities. In order to strengthen our trial manufacturing abilities, we have introduced a servo motor press 3D machining equipment and 3D CAD/CAM facilities.
We have also introduced a 3D measuring device and microscope for our die assembly and quality control.

We offer a comprehensive service from trial manufacturing to die manufacturing and mass production.

- 1 x 250T, 2 x 150T, 1 x 80T progressive press, 14 x 110T-35T power press, 40T servo press.
- 1 x turret puch press, 1 x 3D laser processor, 2 x 2D laser processors, 3 x 80T-50T press brake, 3D measuring machine.
- 2 x welding robots, 1 x TIG welding robot, 4 x semi-automatic welding machines, 5 x arc welders.
Main die assembly equipment
- 2 x machining centers, 3 x wire EDMs, 1 x linear motor die sinking EDM, 1 x high speed EDM drill, 2 NC milling machines, 1(2,5) CAD/CAM system, 3D CAD/CAM, measuring microscope.
