Our company produces "Sen-Jyu" (Japanese sake/rice wine) that has been sold for many years at Bitchuya, situated in Ushimado in Seto Nakai Port where it was not only popular with the locals but also with the people in power, sailors and those from abroad.
Currently we are continuing to produce the finest quality white rice in a beautiful environment using the fresh water that flows in a stream off the Yoshi River and local sake producing techniques to produce the finest sake. Our sake is neither too dry nor too sweet and tastes great both warmed and cooled.
Recently we have also begun selling "Peach Liquor", "Muscat Liquor", "Melon Liquor", "Pione Liquor", "Samurai" and "Pink Rock".
